Personality (HPTI)
Led by one of our expert trainers, the Thomas Personality accreditation course will educate you on how personality traits in Thomas’ High Potential Trait Indicator assessment can predict workplace performance. You’ll gain valuable insights into your own results to boost self-awareness and develop the skills to administer, interpret, and provide feedback on HPTI reports, focusing on leadership potential. This course will also explore how to apply these insights in different workplace scenarios to make more informed people decisions. HPTI Practitioner accreditation is earned once the course is completed and after passing a short knowledge check.
